We ship across Pakistan through reliable courier services. Here's what you need to know:

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Time: 3–5 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi). 5–7 business days for other cities and remote areas.
Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee applies at checkout. Free shipping on orders over Rs.5,000.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD across Pakistan. A small COD fee may apply.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS.

Your satisfaction matters to us. Here's our return policy:

Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
Non-Returnable: Opened kits, used materials, and customised orders cannot be returned.
